TodayPlanr is a daily planning tool. This page explains what we store, why we store it, and how you can remove it.

Planning data stored on your device

TodayPlanr is local-first. Your role, Do Button selections, DayScan answers, DayDeck, Do Points, unlocked Duties, and Field Notes are kept in your browser’s local storage. If you use TodayPlanr as a guest, that information stays on your device and is not sent to us. Clearing your browser storage removes it.

Account data and cloud sync

If you create an account we store your email address so we can sign you in by email link. With an account, TodayPlanr syncs eligible planning data — your profile role, Do Button selections, Do Points, unlocked Duties, and daily scan records — to our hosted database so it follows you across devices. Sync is additive: it never removes progress you have already earned. Field Note text you write stays on your device.

Payments

Membership payments are processed by Stripe. Card details are entered on Stripe’s systems and never reach ours. We store only the customer reference and subscription status needed to keep your membership active.

Analytics

We record coarse product events, such as which page was viewed and which step of activation was reached, and we read campaign parameters from the link you arrived on (for example utm_source). When you arrive from a Meta ad, those events may also be reported to Meta so we can measure whether the ad worked. These events never include your name, your email address, the text you type, your capacity answers, your Field Notes, or the contents of your DayDeck.

AI processing in the Capacity Coach

The Capacity Coach is optional. If you choose to use it, the sentence or two you write (or speak, which your browser converts to text on your device) is sent to our AI provider, Anthropic, which returns suggested DayScan ratings and one reassurance line. Nothing else from your account is included in that request — no email address, no planning history, no Field Notes.

We do not save your Coach text to your account or to our database, and we do not use it to train models. Anthropic processes the request under its own API terms and may retain it briefly for abuse monitoring. Because the text leaves your device, please do not put anything confidential, medical, or identifying into the Coach box.

You never have to use it. The five-question DayScan works entirely without AI, and every Coach suggestion can be changed before your DayDeck is built.

Your data, your call

You can request a copy of your account data or ask us to delete your account entirely by emailing hello@todayplanr.com from the address you signed up with. Deleting an account removes your synced planning history, Do Points, and Duty Gallery from our systems. Guest data can be removed at any time by clearing your browser’s storage for this site.
